Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses OS x. It is part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your activity and for ensuring everyone in your organization complies.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the Service to break the law or to facilitate illegal activity.

Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access — including other organizations’ workspaces — or attempt to defeat the Service’s security or tenant isolation.

Do not upload malware, attempt to overload or disrupt the Service, or scrape it in violation of these terms.

Do not infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and do not upload content you lack the rights to use.

Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to generate or distribute unlawful or abusive content.

Use of the AI features

The AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude. Your use of them must comply with Anthropic’s Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup), which is incorporated here by reference. Among other things, you must not use the AI to generate illegal content, compromise security or critical infrastructure, violate others’ privacy, deceive or defraud, or produce other prohibited content described in that policy.

For higher-risk decisions (such as legal, medical, financial, employment, or housing determinations), keep a qualified human in the loop and do not present AI output as a final professional judgment. AI output may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it.

Tenant boundary

You may only access data belonging to your own organization and only as your role permits. Any attempt to reach another organization’s data, or to escalate your own privileges, is a serious violation and may be reported.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or other customers. To report abuse or a security concern, contact your OS x operator at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
